Risk-assesments at sea with OceanLive
THALOS takes part in a risk-assesments project related to offshore fishing activities
We are excited to announce that THALOS, in partnership with Bureau Veritas Group, has been selected to provide our cutting-edge Electronic Monitoring System (EMS), OceanLive, for a significant proof of concept project.
Led by productOps and The Nature Conservancy, this project is designed to enhance risk-based assessments in fishing activities at sea.
Key areas include:
- Real-Time Monitoring: Using OceanLive for operational data collection, aiming to meet the requirements of this project.
- Innovation Insights: The insights gained from this effort will guide the development of new features and might lead to wider implementation across more vessels and fisheries.
- Sustainability & Responsibility: Aligning with environmental and social best practices, contributing to a more sustainable future for fishing.
